The Carroll Township Police Department is a full time police department that provides around-the-clock services with 24-hour police response and patrols. Carroll Township Police also maintain a substation within the Monongahela Valley Hospital and provides police presence for the Eastman-Flexsys plant. Our mission is to provide the Carroll Township community with a safe and secure enviroment to live and work, while continuing to provide proactive law enforcement services on a daily basis.
Residents should call "911" to contact your Police Department. Calling 911 serves to relay information quickly and efficiently.
Carroll Township Police and Fire Departments do not solicit door-to-door or by phone. Please report suspicious or criminal activity observed within the Township to the police by dialing "911". You are also advised to ask for positive identification before permitting any unknown individuals into your home. If in doubt, take the time to verify identity by contacting his or her place of employment. Secure you home and vehicles at night, and utilize outdoor lighting to deter criminal activity near your home.
